What is HOPSA USA-Canada?

HOPSA USA-Canada is an acronym for Holy Child Past Students Association, USA-Canada. This is an alumnae sisterhood affiliation of Holy Child School, Cape Coast and Holy Child College, Takoradi. Its vision and mission includes a broad spectrum of activities for engaging alumnae here in the USA and Canada, helping students of the Holy Child School, Cape Coast, and celebrating our alma mater.
Is HOPSA USA-Canada a non-profit?

Yes! HOPSA USA-Canada is registered in the State of New Jersey as a 501c.3, as a non-profit corporation. HOPSA USA-Canada is a volunteer-run organization with an extremely active executive committee that includes: a president, vice-president, secretary, assistant secretary, treasurer, financial secretary, organizing secretary, assistant organizing secretary, welfare officers, public relations officer, assistant public relations officer, advisory board and at-large members.

The organization includes a number of ad hoc committees that organize and host events, coordinate volunteer action and generally help with various programs throughout the year.
